In most non-Tier slots, a maximum iLvl Craft is technically optimal since you can customize the secondary stats to your liking. A few higher iLvl Slots from Mythic Raid are the exception.

A "Tier" as defined by this list is around 0.5% DPS, meaning that S-Tier Trinkets are around 0.5% better than A-Tier Trinkets, and so on.

• Skardyn's Grace — The best trinket that doesn't come from Raid, since it escaped the first round of trinket tuning. Mastery isn't as plentiful currently as in the past, so getting a big chunk of it is *chef's kiss*.
• Treacherous Transmitter — This trinket gives huge Haste and even bigger Agility. All you have to do is successfully complete a task that can range from the easy to the frustrating. If you can stand to play with that then this trinket is incredibly strong and is a requirement if you want to play Conduit of the Celestials for big burst every 90 seconds.
• Void Reaper's Contract — A very strong trinket that only gets stronger if you already have the weapon that goes with it, which you should be aiming to get. It is the strongest trinket we can get with an "Equip" effect.

• Ara-Kara Sacbrood — The slight nerf it recieved moves it down to A from S, but it is still the 2nd best trinket with an "Equip" effect.
• Mad Queen's Mandate — This trinket does a HUGE amount of damage with the on-use ability. If you can somehow get it to kill the targets and use it 2x as often, its an easy S-tier trinket.
