Complete Guide to World Events in WoW: The War Within
Discover and participate in all major events across the War Within expansion!
Introduction
World Events in the War Within expansions are available to all characters that have reached Level 80. Some require Renown 3 with the respective faction before they become available.
Weekly quests and rewards from world events are available as of the August 27 reset worldwide.
In the War Within, four main world events will be available to everyone.
These can be completed for gear, Renown, and gear upgrade currencies, like crests and Valorstones.
Worldsoul Memory Event
The Worldsoul Memory event makes you confront Azeroth's memories for Valorstones
and
Coffer Key Shards it can be completed repeatedly so long as you have
Radiant Echoes to start it.
Theater Troupe Event
Theater Troupe is a world event that takes place at the Isle of Dorn. Players can complete it for gear, crests, and reputation with the Renown factions.
Awakening the Machine Event
Awakening the Machine takes place in the Ringing Deeps. The event revolves around defending Speaker Kuldas from cumulative waves of enemies. We have a separate guide covering the event and rewards linked below.
Spreading the Light Event
The final event takes place at Hallowfall and the main objective is to aid the lamplighters in their fight against enemies. You will learn more about the event in our dedicated guide.
