Introduction to the Ether Attribute

In Zenless Zone Zero, each Agent is aligned with a specific Element, also referred to as an Attribute. These Attributes all have unique capabilities and utilities. Here is a look at the Ether Attribute, the Agents using it, and its distinct features.

The Ether Attribute in Zenless Zone Zero is the source of Corruption. Although the game does not feature specific elemental reactions, possessing an agent with a unique element can be an advantage. Agents with the Ether attribute will deal additional Ether damage to enemies and Corrupt them.

Ether Attribute Anomaly

Attribute Anomaly is built up when enemies are attacked with specific Attributes. Once a threshold has been met, the Anomaly Buildup will trigger a debuff on the enemy. This debuff will correspond to the Attribute that was used to attack.

Ether Agents will build up anomaly by attacking with Ether abilities. After a certain amount of ether damage inflicted, the Ether Attribute Anomaly will trigger. This will put a Corruption debuff on the enemy, dealing additional Ether damage. The effect will last a certain amount of time.

Ether Enemy Weaknesses

Ethereal enemies are more vulnerable against Ether attacks, and have less resistance against corruption. Ethereal enemies under corruption will not be able to recognize friends from foes anymore, and will attack each other.
