Zenless Zone Zero 1.0 Overview

1.0 of Zenless Zone Zero releases with a whole host of features and a wide range of content for Proxies to get involved in. This includes The City of New Eridu, The Main Story, Ellen and Zhu Yuan's banners, Hollow Zero, Shiyu Defense and much much more!

Players familiar with the games CBT3 may be interested in knowing of the following additions:

• The City of New Eridu has new Zones.
• Additions to the Main Commissions with Prologue Through Chapter 3 being fully available.
• Adjustments to some characters kits.
• Adjustments to the Bangboo Channel to make it more accessible.

During the official livestream, it was confirmed that there are over 100 free pulls and 80 extra Boopons provided players have progressed though the game. These mainly come in the form of the following Giveaway Events occurring in 1.0:

• Cunning Generosity - 10x Master Tapes.
• New City Visitor's Passport - 10x Master Tapes.
• Sixth Street Giveaway - 10x Master Tapes.
• Eh-Nah Into Your Lap - 10x Boopons.
• Road to Proxy Greatness - 40x Master Tapes, 55x Boopons and 1,600 Polychromes.

On top of that there are the Pre-Registration Milestones which provide Proxies with 5x Boopons, 20x Master Tapes and even Corin Wickes.

Proxies will learn all about the various factions of New Eridu as they progress through the Main Commissions of the game, this being the main storyline. The playable characters of Zenless Zone Zero come from these factions and are even stronger when played with characters from those factions so it is important to know who represents who.

Each half of the 1.0 update releases with an -Rank agent on the Exclusive Channel. The first banner includes Ellen Joe, Soukaku and Anton while the second banner includes Zhu Yuan, Ben Bigger and Nicole Demara.

1.0 also releases with 2 types of endgame content. Shiyu Defense and Hollow Zero.

Shiyu Defense is a combat-focused, timed, end-game piece of content in Zenless Zone Zero that pits you against waves of enemies and bosses. It is the ZZZ equivalent of Spiral Abyss in Genshin Impact or Memory of Chaos in Honkai Star Rail.

Hollow Zero is more similar to Honkai Star Rail's Simulated Universe but instead of exploring the areas yourself, your Proxy uses the Hollow Deep Dive System inside of the games Video Store.
