What Is Rerolling?

Rerolling is a concept familiar to players of other gacha games. For those who aren't, rerolling is the act of playing through the beginning of the game on multiple accounts until you obtain the Stable Channel(Beginner Banner) character you want most, and then using that account to play the rest of the game.

Is Rerolling in Zenless Zone Zero Worth it?

Hoyoverse games do not have guest accounts, so every time you reroll you will have to create an entirely new account. If you already play Genshin Impact or Honkai Star Rail, this means it is not very likely you will be able to use the same account for both games. This means that rerolling is not recommended.

In addition to this, it takes between 30-45 minutes to finish the tutorial and unlock the Gacha system, and you will likely have to play much longer than that to get the guaranteed S rank from the beginner banner.

In short, it works the exact same as it does in Honkai Star Rail, so it is not recommended to reroll unless you REALLY want a specific character from the Standard pool. If this applies to you, then read on for a step by step process.

  • Log into the game with a new account.
  • Play the 30-45 minutes it takes to get through the tutorials.
  • Continue to play the game to do all of your beginner banner pulls, as well as use any other obtained pulls while doing this.
  • If you did not get your desired character(s), log out and begin the process from 1.
