Demonology Warlock PvP Stat Priority, Gear, and Trinkets — The War Within (11.1.0)

The stat priority for Demonology Warlock in PvP is as follows:

1. Intellect;
2. Versatility;
3. Haste;
4. Mastery;
5. Critical Strike.

Intellect is the best stat in all situations. Versatility is the strongest secondary stat because it increases the damage you deal and reduces the damage you take. Haste is always the next strongest secondary stat because it reduces the Global Cooldown on abilities and your cast time.

In general, Demonology Warlocks want to get gear that gives both Versatility and Haste, with a priority on Versatility. Most PvP pieces from Honor and Conquest will have Versatility and Haste, so these are generally the best items to go for.

Demonology Warlock's Warlock Demonology 11.1 Class Set 2pc and Warlock Demonology 11.1 Class Set 4pc are both worth using in Season 2. Your spells have a chance to proc a Jackpot!. Cyrce's Circlet is a new ring introduced in Patch 11.0.7 that you can acquire by completing several activities on Siren Isle. All the effects of the ring are significantly reduced in PvP, to the point there is no point in considering if it is good, so you will want to skip this piece of equipment.

Note: It is important to be wearing 2 PvP trinkets. This will give you a Intellect boost that will increase your damage and Stamina.

Prized Gladiator's Medallion is a mandatory trinket to have equipped at all times. This allows you to remove any crowd control on yourself. You will normally use this when you are stuck in crowd control, and a teammate is at low health.

Prized Gladiator's Insignia of Alacrity is the best offensive trinket to wear. This gives you an Intellect proc, which will boost your damage.
